04-01-2006 York Beach Fire Companies responed to Intervale Rd. for a
reported structure fire. Engine 1 signed on scene with heavy fire showing
from a 2 1/2 story wood frame home under construction. Six tank trucks
shuttled water due to the lack of hydrants in the area. A total of 7 hours
passed before companies cleared the scene.
